These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of InfluStudio, including our website, dashboards, creator tools, analytics, scheduling features, campaign workflows, messaging tools, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Throughout these Terms, “InfluStudio”, “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to InfluStudio Inc. “You” refers to the individual or entity using the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must provide accurate and current account information.
• You may not impersonate another person or organization.
• You are responsible for all content, connections, and actions performed through your workspace.

Use of the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Service for lawful business or personal creator operations.

• You may use the Service to manage social accounts, content workflows, and campaign operations.
• You may not use the Service to violate law, platform rules, or third-party rights.
• You may not interfere with the security, stability, or availability of the Service.
• You may not reverse engineer, scrape, abuse APIs, or attempt unauthorized access.

Third-Party Platforms

InfluStudio may connect with third-party services such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s own terms, policies, and developer rules.

We are not responsible for changes, outages, restrictions, suspensions, or policy decisions made by any third-party platform. You remain responsible for ensuring your content and account activity complies with those third-party requirements.

User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of the content, media, text, brand assets, and other materials you submit through the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authority needed to upload, publish, schedule, or share your content through the Service.

Prohibited Conduct

• Uploading unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive material.
• Using the Service to spam, mislead, harass, or exploit others.
• Bypassing rate limits, access controls, billing controls, or technical restrictions.
• Using the Service in a way that could damage our systems, users, or partners.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless InfluStudio from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
